Staff was really friendly, nice people.
Breakfast should hace more gluten free options.

This was booked on the road last minute as I have always had good luck with Wyndham...well my luck ran out. There was a live roach in our room...we called they transferred our rooms got to a new room with scraps on the wall throughout, not very well cared for. The front desk rep, Maria was very kind and tried to help. After I read more reviews found a recent one with roaches in their review. This hotel needs some TLC and some intense pest control! This was highly disappointing!

Thank you Jennifer for taking the time to leave your review. Immediately upon you informing us about the insect found in your room we contacted our pest control vendor. He did in fact inspect the room and the surrounding rooms to ensure that no evidence of a roach was discovered. The insect you are referring to is a stink bug and unfortunately, they do sometimes find there way into the building. We do treat the exterior and interior to detour as many of the "spring" insects as possible. I do apologize and realize that this situation would be very stressful - especially seeing the other guest review. The previous review was false. We do take our guests satisfaction very seriously and always do our best to exceed our guests expectations. The Wingate by Wyndham team would love for you to visit again soon and provide us with an opportunity to impress you. Please contact me when you are ready to visit Tinley Park, IL again. I absolutely loved this hotel. It was super clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also located near several restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
