"The first room had no electricity, and the staff did not believe me, so they sent a cleaner to witness that I was correct. Changed rooms then. The next night I arrived at 7:30 pm with a friend to help with my bags. The front desk lady profiled me, and as soon as I entered my room, I got a call from her saying I could not have a friend in my room. We were literally just dropping off my bags. How did she know the timing of the call? She was profiling me. Arrived back at night with the same friend to pick up the bags and computer bag; the same front desk person was aggressive to us. Not pleasant staff. BUT the breakfast chef was great. The art was nice in the hotel."
