The experience leading up to my hotel stay was a disaster. For months the central reservation system for Neemrana Hotels in Delhi failed to reply or didn't accurately reply. Very unprofessional and amateurish service. Back and forth. They have the worst customer service in the world. I paid for a car service from the airport through the hotel, and that was an every bigger mess. No response, no confirmation, and the car wasn't there waiting. I spoke to the CEO of company, and she was a bit understanding yet a tad insensitive. She did seem to care, and I hope she tends to these issues for future guests. The manager of the actual hotel was a nice man, and I was provided very good service at the hotel for the one night. Yet the drama of reserving the room and the car left a very bad taste. I've stayed at their properties before, and it's' often the same. Fascinating heritage properties but awful customer service outside of the hotels. At the hotels themselves, all is generally fine. A very mixed bag.
