Dear Sir Although we are very surprised and disappointed by your message, we thank you for your feedback. All our guests receive an explanation about the hotel during the check-in. For any missing information our reception team is always at the complete disposal for everybody. As you see in all our hotel descriptions, the hotel has an indoor pool and not an outdoor pool. Next to our terrace and lounge area our guests are able to sit or lay outside in all guest rooms and suites with balcony or terrace. You reserved an Economy Double room without view, balcony or terrace, that’s why you didn’t have a spacious room on the top floor. We do not make any difference between hotel.com Gold members and other guests. If upgrades are not possible every guest receives the reserved room category. We are not a professional fitness centre. Our Technogym fitness area is equipped with the Standard fitness facilities and they are all working very well. In our restaurant “La Favola” we just serve fresh and seasonal food. What a pity you didn’t let us know during your whole stay and neither at the Check Out!
