We did have a bug issues in our room. We saw maybe three bugs with our time of being at the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. It was easy to check in and everyone was so helpful and sweet.

Parking in front and rear seems safe - nice lobby and very pleasant staff. Chair in room was very stained and hairdryer was dirty and sticky. Could not turn off noisy fan in bathroom and heavy bath door was a nuisance as well as bathroom light that went on as soon as you walked in. Closet very small with awkward sliding doors. Bedside tables did not have lamps with charging plugs - you had to move heavy nightstand to get to wall plug. The bed was okay - best thing was an excellent shower.

Drove a little farther and spent a little than wanted for a indoor pool. However it was broken. Staff didn't seem to care, it was a big oh well. Everything else was good.
