There are hidden charges for the amenities that they offer free in their advertisement. I booked the room for my friends and the hotel charged extra for A/C(its free when you look at the ad) from my friends. They ddn have that courtesy to inform me even. And yeahhh the fun part is 2 hours befor checkout they wil grab your TV remote and A/C remote to save their electricity..lol

sir, u must have to thoroughly go through the pages while in ur booking... u booked for non ac .. it is clearly mentioned in ur booking.. 30000 is our november electricity bill. we can adjust the unit rate of the working tv for 2 or 3 hours or whole a day.... if u use illegally ac of crz we will cut the electricity and make extra fine for mal practition..and one more thing is customer is our king.. we will help you for the safe and peaceful stays... not only today but also whole day we are taking responsibilities of our guests.... sorry for the inconvienience .. make sure the reservation and call the reception for the details.... we dont add extra features on ads, we added the same features what we have... all bookings are entering with the help of extra nets, if we are wrong, extra net will help us to make that right....so that was not our fault...

Home for an family vacation but no proper access
Recently stayed with my family and parents. Felt home staying good, but needs lot of improvements. Pros: Rooms are spacious and good for family with kids. The caretaker helped us in getting food delivered. Thanks for airport pickup and drop. Cons: 1. Kitchen arent self sufficient for cooking. We thought of cooking but found no utensils except basic. 2. Water Purifier isn't working 3. Mosquito are quite in number. Due to rainy season we have to bear. 4. Bathroom and daily room cleaning arent consistent. We specifically asked to clean daily. 5. Towels and linen were not provided. We have to ask for everything at every time. 6. Accessibility to main road and google location for uber/ola pickup is a major challenge. Overall: The idea is great but need to have experienced keepers who can handle and provide everything for guests well ahead.

You had booked and availed a 2 BHK AC apartment (two double bedded bed room, two wash rooms with all bath amenities including electric water heater, living area, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, induction cook top, iron box, free internet connectivity, satellite television, etc.) for Rs.3310 per day for three days for accommodating six adults. From your review we realized that you are satisfied with the room’s spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort during your stay. You are happy with the airport pickup and drop facility that was arranged by the caretaker at free of cost. Lavish amenities are available in our premium apartments (since you had booked for budget/economy type apartment). Expecting your next visit to our premium apartments.
