Grandstay Hotel Suites (2 Queen bed) was spacious with a good set up. I lreally liked the small upholstered chair with the Ottoman. Good options for breakfast, especially two of the three mornings.

In all light fixtures and in our room there where bugs. 2 lamps in our room didnt work. Pool was warmer then the hot tube. And they also dont do late check outs anymore (which is okay but sad)

Really good service. The people I was there with did have to vacuum their own room because housekeeping didn’t do it. The staff checking me in was very nice tho.

This appears to be the best in TRF, but it falls short. The rooms need deep cleaning and carpet is filthy. I would not recommend to anyone.

Great staff, mediocre room
All the staff that I had interaction with were very friendly and helpful! However, the room had a lot of wear and was in need of some repairs and general maintenance. The whole hairdryer unit came off the wall, the bathtub drain was clogged, and the light bulb in the living room was burned out.

I thought I'd booked two nights and only booked one, my fault. We were forced to get an Extended Stay room for the next day when clearly though Motel was not a capacity. The front desk person seemed clueless at how to help us

The check in was a bit of a process. I love the 2 room suite though I didn’t end up needing that much for only one overnight. The AC was cranked down to 60 in the bedroom upon arrival. It looked as though it was cleaned in a hurry because I noted the bathroom mirror and fixtures were streaked and under one of the pillows there was what looked like a dried up dead spider. I’m sure it was all just a fluke and I would stay here again if I was in the area.

In general it was a comfortable stay. For the price though I would think they should offer commercial free tv (premium) channels. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub was not a hot tub, rather it was a slightly warm tub. The hotel staff claimed it had a bad motor…??? The jets worked fine, they just needed to turn up the heat! For these reasons I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
