Authentic and tastefully designed. Windows to the canal and old church. You would need to get used to the bell chime, but it is a part of the charm!

Great place in the heart of Delft.
Great ancient hotel in the heart of the city, steps from the train station. It has several buildings, a nice dining area all in a very nice architectural setting.

Pleasantly surprised. It was a much quicker and easier walk from Delft station than I thought. Nice staff, clean room. Good location. Walk down the alley way by the hotel and you are in old town Delft in 2 minutes. Room was too warm. Fan just enough. Breakfast expensive for what you get.

If location and price are your top considerations, this is the hotel for you. The staff was very helpful and the linens and towels seemed clean. Otherwise, the room was a bit dingy, it's a block from a church bell tower which does ring every 30 minutes and there will be stairs.

Central hotel, with good breakfast
Very good hotel in downtown Delft. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, musea. Public (paid) parking (Prinsenhof) at about 50m. Nice breakfast with freshly squeezed (self squeezed, so you know what you get) orange juice.

Charming, great location in the middle of Delft
Location is right in the middle of the city centre of Delft. It is in an old building, which is charming yet also means you need to bring earplugs. My room looked out on a busy alley, so opening my window wasn't really an option. Service was great, room was clean and I loved my bath tub. Overall charming.

The hotel downtown next to old church where the bells kept ringing al through the night! It is an very old building. My room was really small and the roof beams were low where I kept hitting my head. The breakfast was mediocre & basic with very little choice.

Our room had no heat as the radiator was not working.We asked for a heater or for another room but we were not there was nothing available.We were promised a heater but as they forgot it did not turn up till the next day.I like Best Western hotels but this was totally unacceptable especially as the weather was so cold.

Lovely stay in Delft.
Very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and charming; the beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. We enjoyed our breakfasts too - there was plenty of choice and it was all very well presented.

The hotel is in an excellent location to walk to the sites; the room was very nice: spacious, clean and well appointed. Our room was in the middle building adjacent to the small alley/pedestrian and bike street which had a lot of activity. The windows are not well insulated so the noise was very bothersome; we would not take a room on that side of the property again. The breakfast (included in our rate) was excellent: very good variety and well prepared.

Room was extremely small. Ensuite was incredibly small. Room was noisy. Apart from the church bell going off every half hour, the noise of the kitchen bins being filled maybe twice an hour, staff smoking in the back chatting away, it was not good. Bed was uncomfortable. Very hard in the middle. Now I have back ache also not a very wide bed and I'm not that big. Food and breakfast was excellent. Location is very quaint and access to the town is perfect but beware that its right next to the church......the bell....12 times at midnight too!

Very bad, First, nobody told us where is our room is, it was not a main building, so ho outside to fiffetent bldg Second the room Telephone was not working, no air condition, no ice in over 40 degrees hot day! Could not sleep at all

Hotelvictim visit in May 2019.
The hotel is a quaint building located in the Old part of Delft. One or two aspects of the room service could have been better, but the reception staff were excellent and very helpful. They were good company in the bar, too.

1. The fact that the first day till 3pm it is is IMPOSSIBLE to go to the room is not very convenient 2.it was very good, specially I like the piano, however it was difficult to find a time when it was available for the playing.
