Great location. You can walk to all the cafes and shopping area. It’s an easy 1 km walk to th central train station.

We all loved the hotel very central & the staff were all friendly. The bar was good & very popular, we just feel they should have a set time for closing as we were asked if we would move to the resident bar which we did & then they wouldn’t serve us this was at 10.00pm so not late

Our Comfort City View room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff at Reception were excellent. A short walk from Centraal station with many options for eating, drinking and public transport right outside. Strongly recommend catching the 1 tram to Scheveningen in the summer.

Parking garage Museumkwartier is indeed a 7-minute walk to our hotel and the only car park we have a collaboration with, offering our guests an exclusive discount to securely park their vehicle. Our guests are always welcome to drop off luggage at the hotel first, before heading to the parking garage. We understand this was challenging due to blocked off streets. Our reception team works hard to stay on top of events and road works in the city that could impact access to our hotel, and it is unfortunate to read we have failed to do so in this case. We like to sleep with the window open but the noise in the alley from the restaurant - workers smoking, dumping bottles and garbage from 11pm to 1230am was annoying. The room felt cramped, the shower was not very strong. No simple amenities like a box of tissues.

We are sharing our backyard with surrounding restaurants and have agreements with them to not do this late at night or early in the morning. Unfortunately, this agreements are not always kept. And we understand that because of this you could not have a good night rest.We will make sure to discuss this agreements again with this restaurants and hope this will not happen again in the future.We regret that in your experience the room felt cramped. Do not hesitate to share this with our reception, we are happy to look for an alternatieve room when available. We have different rooms and roomtypes.We will check with our technical staff if there is a problem with shower pressure, we do not hear this often. This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean, and everything worked. The location was very easy, walking distance to the train station and to museums. The breakfast was, like most hotel breakfasts, expensive but one of the best overpriced hotel breakfasts I have seen. I would stay here again.

Repeat visit.
Enjoyed our stay in The Hague. The comfort room we were given was very drab. No artwork etc and the room was very dark. There’s only a small window and the canopy over it blocks out a lot of light. We had a city view room, but as there was a huge tree in front of our window that was all we saw, beautiful though it was. This was our second stay and I must admit to feeling slightly disappointed with our room this time. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. One of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a bit of a mystery tour to find our room and will admit to getting lost more than once in the corridors upstairs.

We are working hard to have on every room an art piece, unfortunately the room you stayed in is one of the last ones to provide an art piece. We can imagine that the view was blocked by the tree and that there was not enough light incoming to the room. The rooms with city view on our third floor have smaller windows. I have placed a note with a request that you prefer a room with more light and a nice view over de buitenhof square. For a future booking we can use this to assign you to a better room which will match your preferences.We of course regret that you missed our main elevator during your stay with us. We certainly understand that this makes it more difficult to find your room. We do have two elevators available in our hotel, both of which are functioning well. However, due to the charm and age of our seventeenth-century buildings, some rooms may require a slight detour when using these alternate elevators, making the stairs a more convenient and efficient option. We hope that our reception team informed you correctly about this and that you did not have to take an unnecessarily complicated route to your room. We would like to offer our sincere apologies once again for the inconvenience you experienced and want to assure you that we are working hard behind the scenes to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we have technical staff available 24/7 internally to assist with lifting and transporting (heavy) luggage if needed. The air conditioning was broken and would switch off in the middle of the night, and the front desk wouldn’t answer their phone, so I had to get dressed and go downstairs and tell them, which they already knew about. Happened every night of a 5 night stay. Breakfast was expensive (17 euro) and sparse. No orange juice, something that tasted like Tang. Eggs were yucky, so basically a 17 euro bowl of cereal and cup of coffee.

Unfortunately, there are currently some technical problems with a number of air conditioning's in our hotel. To our great regret, the air conditioning in your room is also part of this. Unfortunately, the problems cannot be solved immediately, so our colleague from the technical service is present in the hotel 24/7 to reset the air conditioning. When this operation is performed, the system will be put back into operation. In the meantime, we are working with all our we have to solve this problem for our guests as quickly as possible. However, we are deeply sorry to read that you had to come to the reception in the middle of the night to mention this. We have therefore immediately discussed this situation with the night porter who worked during your stay. We also want to apologize for this. Please feel always free to address this to our colleagues who work at the reception during the day. We would also have liked to have looked another room for you, where this problem did not occur.It is also a unfortunate to read that the breakfast was disappointing for you. The reservation you made with us did not include breakfast. During your stay you made use of the breakfast several times. We would therefore liked to hear your feedback during your stay. It was right in the centre of The Hague, but without the disadvantages. Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. There were tram stops nearby. I hope to return to The Hague before too long and I will definitely stay at this is the hotel.

We stayed in the comfort room and it was really nice. The hotel was very clean and had an excellent service. Also, the restaurant from downstairs was amazing and the food from the breakfast also very nice

This hotel is superbly located in the very centre of The Hague. My room was modern, quiet, a comfortable size, equipped with electric jug, coffee maker, and fridge. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Excellent experience in the best location in center of Den Haag. Lovely highly professional staff, pristine accommodations and amenities. It is my absolute go to when I’m the city. It’s incredibly quiet but steps away from all best activities, restaurants, night life and shopping.

If noise is an issue, don't stay in a room facing the square. Also if you are a TV watcher, TV is very small - so small you really couldn't watch it from the bed (at least in the room I had)
