This hotel was a joke!! They lied about breakfast and tried to pass off stale muffins as breakfast also they claimed to have a pool but it was gross and filled with swamp water!! The elevator smelled like a dead body the room was disgusting with stained sheets and what looked like human feces on the bed skirt the chair in the room looked like it was dug out of the dumpster the bathtub floor looked and felt like it was going to cave in me and my husband was highly upset and feel like we deserve a refund!! Rating 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Needs remodeling. Security is non-existent! One window would not lock allowing easy access from outside on ground floor. Secondary access door lock was inoperable and guests were blocking door open to halllways.

The person working in the front desk was very slow. It took over 30 minutes to check in and already had a reservation and paid for. The hotel was very dirty stains on the sheets over the floor the room was not clean. The elevator was broke to the second floor and had to use the emergency stairs behind the service desk to get it to the room

Did not disclose that the 3rd floor was under renovations. Had to walk through drop cloth covered hallways and filthy carpets to get to the room which looked like everything inside was wiped down with dirty mop water.

Up grade to sweet so I could check in earlier. The bed was the best thing in the room one Desk and chair. No other place to set. Newly remodeling still had the smell. Refrigerator old no shelf. Right on the Freeway easy to get to.

Everything covered in dust from remodel. Floors covered in trash. Funiture in room was falling apart. Cigarette burns all over bedding. Bathtub had mold growing all over it and the surrounding walls, water damage throughout bathroom. Toilet seat missing hardware so it moved all over the place. Complementary breakfast was 6 small muffins and coffee, that was it, nothing else. I get it, its a super 8, its cheap. But jfc i would of had a better stay if id slept in my truck in the parking lot.

Unsanitary
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, cleanliness or lack thereof was a big issue - the bathroom-toilet need to be completely redone: dirty, moldy, old. The sheets had stains and holes.

Elevator was not working but the staff did turn it on for us for our elderly family members to use but had to turn it off. The hotel rooms were not the cleanest and one of the rooms in our group had bugs in the bed.

I didn’t end staying when I got there the hotel was very uninviting. People sitting around outside smoking. When I arrived they informed me that the elevator was out of order and this ice machine was not working. They did allow me to cancel reservation. So I just left.

Stopped for the night on a long road trip. Immediately upon walking in the lobby reeked of smoke (cigarette and otherwise). The hallways leading to the rooms reeked all the more. The back “security doors” were broken. The pool looked oily. The floors in the room were not properly cleaned (found used cue tips on the floor). There were broken outlets by the window.

During our stay the building smelled like smoke in our bathroom the shower curtain was torn and I found hair all in the bathtub. The muffins were stale. The chip machine did not work. I had to ask to have our room cleaned. Overall it was okay but I will not stay there again.

Water pressure was so low and they insisted it wasn’t, I could not take a bath for 2 days after running the water for 30 minutes only a half a cup of water was in the tub and I left I didn’t stay the second night

The young lady that checked me in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I had screwed up my booking date and had to contact Hotels.com to cancel and rebook. Front desk was great thru the process. Made a frustrating situation must easier and we had a few good laughs.

Bad smell in the room. Bathtub had holes in the bottom of it. I didn't bother to take a shower in it. I could hear the people upstairs who were very loud and stomping around the room

There was stains on the comforter and the sheets. The tub had hair on it. The walls in the bathroom had stains on them. It was food that was left from another guest on the chair. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless it is your last resort.

Smelled of smoke. Door had been broken into before. Caulking inside where lock fit in. First room we looked at before we stayed had pubic hair on the bed sheet. We asked for another room. Burnt cigarette hole in the bedspread. Wont stay at a Super 8 again.
