Nice Hotel I think it's the best on town, large rooms excellent location with parking and good breakfast.

Marathon weekend
Enjoyable weekend, shame we didnt know there was a marathon on, so had to park the car some distance away and all the best retaurants were booked up

Great location
Location is great, no restaurant in the hotel but lots of local ones to choose from, probably needs some renovation to bring it up to date but otherwise very good value for money and a nice hotel.

A very surprising find on one of France's lesser known cities. Comfortable and updated while still retaining the qualities of a "grand hotel".

Good hotel for a short stay
Very nice hotel in the centre of town. No room service provision and a little problematic to find food on a late night arrival. Nice local area with good service. Recommend for business trips.

Good Hotel for a City Trip
Great stay, friendly staff. Nice old grand hotel in the town center with free parking at the hotel. Unfortunately the Wifi wasnt working. Room was clean.

Don't search another hotel in Belfort!
The only blame could be about mastress which was a little bit too soft and the door of the lift which is rude... Very kind and smily service. Free parking. A restaurant very close and a nice view from the room.

Lovely old hotel with character.
Unhelpful staff who showed little interest in our welfare. Had a shower only to find there were no bath towels! They eventually brought some up after my husband went down to reception to ask. Difficult to find a restaurant open on a Sunday evening. Beds rather hard. A basic breakfast for two cost 26 euros extra.

Grand Budapest in Belfort!
A great find for a last-minute stay. Very friendly staff and all sights/cafés/restaurants are walkable. Rooms are very spacious for the rates they charge. Would come back if I find myself in Belfort again!

A very impressive historical building
We booked two single rooms months in advance in this hotel, but when we arrived the staff told us that only one room was booked. They asked to see the confirmation email from expedia before giving us a second room. The second room was bigger so I guess they had to upgrade us because there was no more single bedroom available. Both rooms were clean and well furnished. Breakfast was ok for the price, not wonderful (you would expect a little bit more, for example hot food, for this price) but not miserable either, just ok. The staff was below expectation most of the time, and I think you would expect a little bit more attention, spontaneity and customer service in a 3 stars hotel. For example when you tell the waiter that you coffee is cold at breakfast, they won't change it spontaneously. Instead you need to ask "can I give you this cold coffee back and have a hot coffee instead, please?" But overall, it was a good stay. The hotel has been redecorated recently so it's all like new. The main hall is really impressive and make you feel like being in a four stars hotel for a second.

Nice stay
Beautiful architecture, the lobby is breathtaking. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, renewed bathrooms. The hotel is in the old town, very near to the fortress and 5 minutes walking distance to the main shopping street. Belfort is a nice town. It has a great variety of restaurants, french cuisine and international.
