We booked two single rooms months in advance in this hotel, but when we arrived the staff told us that only one room was booked. They asked to see the confirmation email from expedia before giving us a second room. The second room was bigger so I guess they had to upgrade us because there was no more single bedroom available. Both rooms were clean and well furnished. Breakfast was ok for the price, not wonderful (you would expect a little bit more, for example hot food, for this price) but not miserable either, just ok. The staff was below expectation most of the time, and I think you would expect a little bit more attention, spontaneity and customer service in a 3 stars hotel. For example when you tell the waiter that you coffee is cold at breakfast, they won't change it spontaneously. Instead you need to ask "can I give you this cold coffee back and have a hot coffee instead, please?" But overall, it was a good stay. The hotel has been redecorated recently so it's all like new. The main hall is really impressive and make you feel like being in a four stars hotel for a second.
