Convivial atmosphere which was nice but service at dinner needed to be a little more professional and pleasant. "More of a retreat than a hotel. Comfortable and clean tastefuly furnished rooms. The friendliest, kindest and most helpful hosts you could wish for. Direct access to the Canterbury to Rome pilgrims' trail which provides a pleasant 90 minute walk to San Gimingano. Superb views in all directions. Be prepared for a steep, winding unmade 3k road to the hotel on arrival. It seems never ending but well worth the effort."

"Incredible villa in the Tuscan hills, beautiful views and great location to explore the area from but you will need a car. Clean, rustic room with good facilities. The service was fantastic, very helpful staff. We enjoyed using the pool and had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. The property was beautiful! We loved our view from the kitchen window. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was lovely. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"This hotel is really cute. Perfect for a weekend, clean and the girl at reception is impeccable. Rosalia. The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very modern. Location is great. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants and to the tourist attractions. I highly recommend them. "
