Regarding the breakfast, the Holiday Inn Brand has never offered complimentary breakfast like some of our limited service brands that have continental breakfast offerings. Our brand does have rates that will include breakfast for an additional cost at time of booking or you can purchase in the onsite restaurant. Please review the website again. We are not pet friendly and do not advertise as such anywhere. We had the conversation and looked together when you did arrive at our hotel and even called around to help you find a hotel that was pet friendly with open rooms. We apologize that you did not get to stay with us, but hope that the hotel you moved to suited you and the furbaby greatly.

Greetings Taifiah, we are saddened to see that even after working with you on property that you would leave a negative review. While we understand that an added expense is never easy, we also ask that you understand the replacement cost of the linen that now has to be replaced due to the purple stains that were left upon your use. When you all returned to the hotel, you yourselves attempted to wash it out and saw that it would not come out, in addition to us attempting to wash it out in our commercial grade washer. Regarding the other feedback, none of this was mentioned to us during your stay or when you returned. We are a non-smoking property and take this situation seriously and address it immediately if it were to come up. As for our carpets, we are in the works of that now but please know that they are shampooed at least one time per month in addition to the daily vacuuming.

We love seeing that you enjoyed your stay with us. We hope to be your home away from home anytime you are in the area.
