The kids loved the Indoor pool. It was too chilly for me but the kids did not care.
There was a shopping bag of snack food that the kids found in a drawer left from previous tenants. The room was clean, but it was concerning that the drawers were not checked to make sure everything was removed.
The breakfast was nice and Megg's restaurant next door was excellent.
The room was of adequate size. The sleeping accommodation was acceptable. The overall condition of hotel could be improved but was not in disrepair. Staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was lacking.

I have stayed at other Fairfield hotels and they were great, this one however was dirty, smelled terrible, and had black mold growing in the bathroom as well as what looked like drink splatters all over the walls and doors. Our room smelled AWFUL! The front desk staff were rude and abrasive. Other staff members were polite and helpful.
Room was humid, A/C was not cold. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom, had to call front desk to bring more, TV was not working, had to call front desk as well. Hotel is worn and out dated. Won’t go back.
The hotel needs to be renovated. The TV in the room is back from the early 2000s the sheets on the bed was so scratchy that I had to go out and buy buy a set of sheets to put on the bed.
Evening of check in front desk staff person was extremely rude and acted as if it were an imposition to do her job. Morning of check out staff was super friendly and helpful.
Stay was good. Wish we were in a better room. Our room was directly over the Lobby doors and could hear them when trying to sleep. Besides that the place was good, and breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

Marriott needs to change management of this hotel!
When we arrived at 5:30 pm we were given keys to our handicapped room which we had requested several weeks in advance. The room was obviously not cleaned - beds unmade etc. The hotel did not have another handicapped room. We received a room on the second floor. The sink barely emptied. The bathtub was dripping water/leaking. We had a two-night stay. When we returned the next day, the room had not been serviced. We requested fresh towels and were told to come down to the lobby and they would give us towels. When we left a lady in the elevator was glad we were leaving because her toilet wouldn't flush, and she had been told no more rooms were available. She requested the front desk to have the room we just left so she would have a working toilet. We would not go back to this hotel. We are Executive level with Marriott, but this hotel does not represent Marriott well.
