Very close to the hospital. Quiet and clean. The staff at check in were a little less friendly than id have liked but other than that. Very nice hotel.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful, no matter what time I came into the lobby. Everything was clean and the free coffee was a nice treat. The hotel was quiet and close to several dining and shopping options.

This property did not have my reserved room type available and in addition to trying to sell me a room type I did not want, they informed me there would be a $75 “incidentals” charge to my credit card?! No, thank you.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Most hotels charge a incidental hold, which is released once the guest checks out. I hope this will bring more clarity.

My room was clean and comfortable. However, the hallway outside my room was dirty and never vacuumed. It was very unsightly. The staff were very helpful. My tv remote did not work and staff replaced it promptly.

My wife and I just did a little weekend getaway and we really enjoyed our stay. The GM was there when we checked in and she was very friendly. We had an issue with not having a shower curtain in our bathroom and the young man that was working took care of it right away. The room was very clean

The room was nice and had a lot of things to help people who stay long periods. I was charged an additional $75 and was not tood what it was for until i checked out. Never received any paperwork or receipt since the printer was down. Will not be returning again.

I accidentally left my Beats earbuds plugged in wall in room. I called two days later and they had them. Manager will hang on to them til I come back in 3 weeks. I appreciate the honesty of the cleaning staff and kindness of the manager!

Nice stay but some improvements are needed.
Heather the front desk clerk was wonderful. The AC unit was an issue. But overall location and area was nice. I wish the stairs on the side were not so steep. I could see a jorrible accident happening if you do not pay attention.

Everything would have been good, but I booked through Expedia in September for a suite for the night before and after my daughter's wedding. My booking was confirmed. When getting there I was told that those that booked in person long after me received preferential treatment because I booked through a third party. I did not get the suite I had originally requested and confirmed. I was just left with what was left. I would not have booked with you all if I would have known I wasnt assured the unit requested. I'm not happy at all!!

VERY friendly staff, clean hotel, coffee always available, great amenities in room -- they even have waffle irons and instapots downstairs that you can borrow for FREE. The only drawback was they don't have free breakfast, but they explain that's because they provide pretty much a full kitchen in your room to cook what you want, and they have a very well stocked pantry from which you can buy all kinds of food, snacks, hygiene items, etc.
