Comfy bed!
The room was extremely comfortable. they had a separate sitting area with a balcony with table and chairs. We were with family so we just needed a place to sleep and sleep we did! The bed was super comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars was the door to the balcony wouldn't lock, but otherwise everything was great, will definitely stay there again.

The bed sheets were stained and smelled dirty The pillows were decent The carpet was stained and dirty The walls were dirty and stained It smelled like mold and smoke There were bugs The remote was sticky The shower was filthy The couch was really really filthy I stayed in room 214 which had the ice machine right in front of the door. Really noisy Im sure there are many health code violations at this establishment. The staff was friendly.

It was not what was picture in the profile. Room had roach traps in the bathroom with dead roaches in them. The room had an odor. Was given a handicap room which I did not request. Reservations were made in plenty time to have a nice room if they exist. Continental breakfast was supposed to be included and was not available. Paid more than what room was worth. DISAPPOINTED....

Property/rooms were very dated. A/C worked fine but very noisy because it was an old style wall unit. Room was a suite so we were able to spread out a little. Property had an excellent location for Fallbrook eating and shopping.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

For the price we paid I would think that we would have a nicer place and room. I have stayed at motel 6 that are nicer. There was no problems with the staff we had to buy a parking permit which we we’re not told about and the parking was very limited

Very comfortable stay
I had a great experience at this hotel. I arrived late, and had the most confortable sleep. It was the most comfortable bed. Spacious room with fridge microwave. My parents really enjoyed the stay also and said the room was really nice.

Stayed for one night overall it was a pleasant experience the room is furnished older however the hotel itself is also an older building. Checking in was super easy and the gentleman in the main desk was really friendly and polite.

It was clean but old. Old furnishings. Strange design of room's. Too many indigents and weekly/monthly renters. Continental breakfast offered, no breakfast. I wouldnt stay again unless i have to.

Outdated, lacks in quality, but good service
Check in was completely smooth and easy. The worker greeted me with a smile . There wasn’t that many selections in the area for an overnight stay. The bed was springy, and the bedding wasn’t hotel quality. There’s a few smokers in the building, so you can hear the constant going in and out of the rooms. It got old real quick, but I later fell asleep and was able to sleep through all of the noise from nearby neighbors.

The service and front desk really kind people but our rooms didn’t smell good maybe because is a “pet friendly “ and I didn’t know. Overall it was a fair place and a good neighborhood.

The building itself is older, but my room this time had a busted wooden blind, was located on the bottom floor and was extremely dark and dingy. VERY SMALL. The staff however are extremely friendly and helpful.
