The manager was the worst,she was very rude very old towels,no washer and dryer’s,No breakfast as they said,They charged us one more day went we gat there,They send us to Dizengoff Garden Hotel it was a nightmare very duty out side too ,human pu on the entrance my husband step on it very poor service 😪the worst service

This is a gem in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach and lots of food places. Sholmi the manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are sorted and can get around. I would definitely stay here again.

There were large mosquitoes inside the rooms even while all doors and windows shut in basement rooms. The street where hotel is on is currently under construction and we had to walk far on broken street with suitcases to enter . No elevator . The pictures online don’t look like the real thing.

It was clean but the tile floor was a little gritty with sand. Other than that, it was great. The BEST thing about the stay was the desk lady, Elene. She was an absolute delight. She went above and beyond by telling us what to visit, escorting us to our room, and other recommendations. We just loved her.

It's an ok property but being one story below ground made the yard filled with bugs and it was not pleasant. I suggest trying to find a spot with balcony, or at a higher story. Nite that there is also no washer dryer at the property and I ended up paying 180 nis for 3 loads!!!

I expected that our room would more resemble the room in their photos with a reasonably spacious bedroom. That is why I selected the larger room at the higher price. The bedroom was tiny. The bed was comfortable and the little 'courtyard' was really nice. kitchen equipment is minimal.

The arrival was a comedy of errors. The keys were not in the box. When we got keys, they were the wrong ones. When the maintenance man came to help, we opened the door on an occupied unit - they had left the wrong keys. Finally, a new room and the right keys, the a/c did not work. The room was below ground. The street above is completely blocked as it is being torn up for a light rail project. Once the rail starts, I would bet the underground rooms will be very noisy.

Grate loction but we wont go back
The location is grate but the room isnt.. the bathroom are super small, the air-conditioner didnt worked well, and the room wasnt clean.

Spacious, clean and functional.
Spent 4 nights at the Sea Land on first trip to Israel. Spacious suite, clean and very functional. The shower room was a little on the small side compared to the size of suite. Beds very comfortable, only criticism was patio area and outside table and chairs poorly maintained. Close to beach and rental bike right outside which was very useful in getting around. Shlomi the manager was exceptionally helpful , letting us use a spare room for a shower as we needed a late check out and even assisting us in buying bus tickets back to airport.

Location was spot on, 5 minutes form the beach, large supermarket opposite the apartments. Absolutely outstanding ( I can't rave enough) about Slomi (manager). He goes well above an beyond to ensure guests are happy and have everything they need.

Perfect city centre and beach location
Had a great time here during my week in Tel Aviv. Hotel is very central, about a 5 minute walk from the beach and the area is full of bars and restaurants. Apartment had everything I needed and the reception staff were very helpful with any questions I had before and during my stay.

The proprietor was very nice. We came late for check-in and he immediately accommodated and met us to take us to room. What i liked is that they had a convenient kitchenette, enough towels and tissue paper inside the bathroom cabinets to accommodate us (women). Also it is very close to the beach and eating places opened late at night.

Would stay here again if I returned to Tel Aviv. Reception and cleaning staff extremely helpful. Not far from the beach and public transport made this a good location. The small terrace served a purpose for us but it doesn't have a view and others may find it not sufficiently private.

Great value and great location...
The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. It even has a small kitchen, but we did not use it. We only stayed for one night and there are a lot of places to eat within a short distance.

Nice under ground rooms with top kitchen
Nice under-ground apartments with kitchen top and microwave so you can cook your own meal with the pans they provide. Noise was loud from the trafic on top road early morning and people seemed to be standing talking outside the toilet/bathroom windows so they could hear if you were taking a dump or showering. Besides that the location is really good. Hot Food places all around, grocerie shops as well. Very convenient.

We had incredible service. The first night we stayed we weren’t happy with our room and asked to change. They said yes without any problems and were so accommodating. Really happy with the apartment and would stay there again.

Affordable apartment with helpful manager.
We stayed in rooms 10 & 11 in January 2018. The apartment manager met us when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. He showed us our rooms. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well - we had to turn on the water heater 15 minutes before use, but this did not produce a problem. We used the kitchen - refrigerator, plates, utensils, glasses, microwave. Nice grocery store across the street from which we bought food for breakfast. Shakshukia, a nice little cafe, is 50 m down the street. Neighborhood was reasonably nice.

The hotel office was very helpful making our stay more enjoyable. Good location. Will use again. Only negative was the apartment on basement level and had no lift so not easy with heavy luggage.
