internet did not function for 1.5 of the two day reservation and phone number to call about it did did not connect. very disappointing and a deal breaker for me. The cleaning and admin staff were pleasant and helpful. A positive impression.

I like how quiet it was and I really liked the breakfast . I frequent the hotels in the area and comfort inn is tied with holiday inn as far as overall best place to stay and they are 2nd to holiday inns breakfast. Sincerely Blake Bouknight

It was an absolute nightmare. Upon entering the room, I was greeted not by a warm welcome, but by a horde of cockroaches scurrying across the floor like it was their own personal playground. The sight was utterly repulsive, and I immediately regretted my decision to book a room here. As if the roach infestation wasn't bad enough, the customer service was equally atrocious. When I demanded a refund and expressed my disgust at the unsanitary conditions, the staff showed zero empathy and refused to give me my money back. It's clear that they care more about lining their pockets than ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dump of a hotel at all costs. Trust me, you'd be better off sleeping in your car than subjecting yourself to the filth and incompetence of this hotel

Hotel and room had a weird odor. Got charged 2) $100.00 room deposits and had to dispute with credit card because they said they did not. Could not get the front desk to answer the phone to try and fix,

The lobby and the room were very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. We loved that we could come back from an outing and know there was a fresh, hot cup of coffee waiting for us in the lobby at any time. The breakfast they provided for guests was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

Large suite with comfortable king bed and sitting area with sofa and desk. Very nice lobby and complimentary breakfast was very good. Short 1 night stay when visiting the area and made a last minute reservation. Pleasantly surprised at his nice it was!

The hotel is dated and in need of some renovation. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was nice working properly. The choices were limited. The service was from the front desk was excellent.

A few friends and I came for a girls trip to Mt. Dora and chose the Comfort Inn because of its central location. The rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows and sheets were clean and very soft. It exceeded my expectations. Also, the free breakfast was great. Would definitely return.

Great property but guest beware. They charge a separate $100 fee for possible damage . It’s refunded if no damage but this is a first after all the comfort inns we have stayed at. Won’t stay here again.

Each floor has an ice machine but only 1 and 2nd floor worked. Tv was dark and fan in bathroom was very loud. The beds were very comfortable.
