Aster caters for everyone and it’s not just a hote
Being a solo traveler and being completely new to Uzbekistan all the staff and the Manager helped me in every aspect of the word. At times even when they were busy they made it their priority to help me with any language barriers regarding public services. The place was kept immaculately clean. Overall it was a first class service and I will recommend it at any price per ce. My compliments to all the staff for their wonderful service and care!

The hotel is neat and clean and offers a comfortable stay. However, my stay was ruined by the front desk manager who mans the desk during the day. This person should not be in the hospitality business. He was rude and inconsiderate and could not care to help. I arrived a bit early as I had indicated. He said my room was not ready which is fair but then I could get it by paying 50% of a days charge! Then at checkout, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Did not ask about the stay or offer a cab ride. Just a mean person who also lacks communication skills. Other staff were good.

The hotel is new, small but very cozy. Front desk people very polite and trying to help you as much as they can. Very good free breakfast included big variety of food. We stayed in suite biggest room in this hotel. beautifully designed room. good size. The location is good too. Hotel located on the quiet street but just a block away from the main road and close to everything. Expedia describe the suite with one double bed, in the reality the bed is king size. Very pleasant stay overall.

A new boutique hotel but does not have sense of CS though very humble staff. I guess lack of training and knowledge of hotel business. Breakfast horrible but common across the belt. Rooms are near and tidy but rarely a hotel room instead a rented house room. Location is good.
We arrived at the hotel around midnight and we had a surprise, the hotel was full and we didn’t have a room to stay, after we paid in full, we had to drive all night to find a different hotel and we had to pay double the price, I am requesting a refund on my money that I paid ASAP and I need you to pay the diferente what I payed for the other hotel thank you

First of all when you reserved our hotel. We immidiatley called you back and explained the situation that we can not accept any guest as problem was on system that we could not fix. You agreed to cancel the reservation. And another moment is when you reserved the room expedia charged you and we did not charge you any payment. Only thing you should do is call to expedia and request to refund.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area. A 10 minute walk to the metro and there are some nice restaurants close by. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Tashkent,
Quiet location but close to nice restaurants. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The staff are the biggest asset and go over and above to ensure your stay is amazing. I recommend this hotel for a magical stay in a beautiful country.
Odalar temiz değildi, her tarafta uzun uzun saçlar mevcuttu, geç giriş yaptığım için bir konu hakkında bir şey diyemedim. kahvaltı ücreti ise abartılı pahalı.

It's a small hotel and the staff are very kind. Breakfast is also delicious. It's a little off the main road, so it's central but very quiet.

От аэропорта доехали за 8 минут. отель новый, всего 2 года, расположен в частном секторе- соседи приличные, по ночам не кричали, а спали мы с открытыми окнами. В комнате халат и тапочки! Завтрак прекрасный : плов и овощи и мясо и арбуз, и плюшки само собой. Персонал отзывчивый и идёт навстречу- засели раньше назначенного)
8박 9일동안 출장을 갔는데 한국어가능과 세탁서비스라는 말에 갔다가 한국어하는 직원은 없고 세탁서비스 맡겨다가 400달러만 주고 왔네요!
확인 못한 내 잘못도 있지만 홈피에 유료 세탁서비스 라고 해야되는거 아닌가요??
호텔측에 항의 하니까 자기 그런게 올릴적 없다고 발뺌하니 할말이 없더라요.
