"The room was pretty BUT the air didn't work and it got up to 87! Called for maintenance twice before they arrived and it still would not pump out cold air. It was cooking in there! Plus I saw another room had water flooding out the door! Looks like it came up from the lamenent flooring."

"Room was fine, small but not a shoebox; bathroom door was unable to be fully locked but since I was travelling with a close friend, we did not have an issue with it. Desk in room had outlets to charge phones/ computers, but we had a hard time using it. After adjusting the cables it did eventually work, but it took a while to fully charge. Quiet area, super close to central park which was so nice! Elevator is old and sort of slow."
