Nice stay
Clean and simple hotel. Walking distance to Zhongli night market. The night market is fullness, surely can fill up with all kind of snacks/food.

Staff are very helpful. If you don't mind walking (and we don't), the night market is only 15 mins' walk from the hotel. And I really love the big window looking over the city. The view is amazing. I will definitely choose Hotel MU again if I visit Taoyuan again.

Staff was super friendly. Helped with very detailed instructions and maps. They also came out to help me into the taxi and wave good bye twice which is above and beyond. Rooms are very clean and modern. The only downside was my room did not have a window!

I loved how modern, techie, and the cleanliness of the room. The cafe on the 2nd floor is amazing! I had seafood in cream sauce, fruit tea and cookies. I wished I could stay longer. I inquired about other Hotel Mu’s in other countries because I would definitely book with them again.

The customer service was very helpful in upgrading our room to a bigger one without extra charge. They also took the patience in giving us directions in taking trains touring the city. We did very well in touring Taipei just following their leads. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices.

Very friendly staffs, clean room, nice breakfast and strong WiFi. We tried many local hotels before when we came from LA to visit relatives in Zhongli. We liked hotel MU the most and always came back here.

Modern and clean hotel
Although we've only stayed one night in Hotel MU, we had a good impression of the hotel. The hotel is new and the room was clean. There was also free-to-use washing machine and dryer within the hotel for guests to use. The complimentary breakfast was also good and the hotel staffs were very accommodating even when we only went for breakfast at 9.50am (breakfast end time: 10am). As it was raining when we were in Taoyuan, we did not had a chance to explore the hotel's vicinity. Overall, we had a good stay in Hotel MU and will choose it again if we were to return to Taoyuan.

Comfortable stay
Location is slightly off the central, need to walk a distance before reaching the hotel and is tiring when you have to carry a luggage with you. Better to take a cab from the station to the hotel which was what we did on our return trip. Other than that, everything was almost perfect, from the receptionist who attended to us, to the room facilities, house made cookies and yummy breakfast. Oh and the amazing selection of TV channels in the room makes it a great stay.

Nice hotel with excellent location
Check-in met with a bit of a hassle due to New Year’s Eve peak period, but the Hotel was apologetic about it and did a service recovery. The best thing about this Hotel is its location—right in the heart of Ximending. Very accessible! Our room was clean and the bathtub was big. It came with a back massaging device, which was a nice touch! The free snack/beverage/cup noodles bar at the lobby is also another nice touch.

Great hotel
Can’t said anything negative about this hotel. Convenient located near the Zhongli Train Station which can take you to Taipei metro rails. From there, you can pretty much go anywhere within Taipei metro rails. Walking distance to the night market. Wonderful staffs, fabulous breakfast, cleanliness room and great prices. I will stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mu. They staff were very attentive and polite. The free breakfast at Cafe Mu was exceptional with lots of variety. They even provided us with breakfast boxes since we had an early flight out. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Fantastic stay and extremely friendly staff
This is the second time we stayed at Mu Hotel at Zhongli in the exact same room we stayed before. The experience was still lovely and impeccable! It does take a little walk (less than 10 minutes) to get to Zhongli Train station, but it was actually fun by browsing the shops. You just need to watch out for the traffic. The taxi ride is about $100 NTD (less than $4 USD dollars). The breakfast was what I loved most. The basic menu was the same, but there were varieties in soups and main dishes everyday. There were plenty choices for drinks and coffees. The air-conditioning was quiet, in fact, the whole hotel was pleasantly quiet, since it is located in a residential district. Many restaurants are within the walking distance (less than 5 minutes). The water pressure in the shower room was great! The room was clean, and the bed and comforter were very comfortable. There are some packing space for your car as well. It is a small, clean, sweet and welcoming hotel. You will be very pleased with your stay, unless you are fond of the big lobby and huge swimming pool. We will stay at Mu again in November 2017. We just love it,
