The property was beautiful and rooms were very nice. Bteakfast was very good. Room service food was only fair. The strangest thing was that they charge taxis and food delivery services every time they drive onto the property

Great place for short stay before flights. Good buffet for breakfast, and rooftop bar enjoyable to view the jets landing and taking off while sipping a cold drink.

I had an in room massage booked through the spa, and it was excellent! However, we arrived at the hotel at noon after a long day of traveling, and had requested early check-in. Instead, we had to sit in the lobby and wait almost 3 hours, an hour AFTER the normal check-in time.

Very nice room. Excellent service. Free shuttle to and from airport. Easy to find the staff for shuttle service at the airport. Just need too email them and let them know you have a reservation and flight info for pickup. Good food and other services available. Very nice.

We always stay at FM7 when we are traveling to Jakarta especially when we are in transit. There shuttle service is excellent. The staff are always professional and so helpful. The hotel is always clean. We enjoy the gym and pool area to relax after a long flight or when continuing on our journey in Indonesia.

Fantastic layover hotel! Near airport, 200k rupiah taxi ride. Free shuttle back. Incredible free breakfast, beautiful pool, hot and cold tubs, dry and wet sauna. Nice restaurant and upstairs s bar. Industrial neighborhood, so nothing walkable around.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Get cash at the airport because there’s no ATM nearby to pay for taxi should you decide to go somewhere. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel and one of the better ones I’ve stayed in near Jakarta airport. Distance from airport was a challenge but the driver was waiting at the airport, even though they didn’t message. Good shuttle back too

This is an excellent hotel close to the airport. Transfers are included and they are very accommodating in picking up and returning to the airport. The pool/spa area is very nice. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The only negative is that the lighting in the rooms is not great. We’ve stayed here many times while traveling through to Sorong.

We have always stayed at FM 7 Jakarta on our trips to Indonesia when we have layovers in this area. They pick you up from the airport, it is convenient, the staff are professional and very helpful and the restaurants provide good food. It has a nice workout room and the pool/spa are excellent. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Perfect for a short airport stay
Everything was great from the moment I booked till the time I left. Hotel sent email with invitation to contact for shuttle pickup from airport and confirmed pickup with photos of representative and meeting point. Met on arrival, helped with bags, escorted to vehicle. At reception, I was given room I requested and informed that it was a smoking room. I kept it anyway, as I wanted that particular location. Room was fine. Comfortable and everything worked. Restaurant good. Wide choice at breakfast buffet. For dinner, I wanted to eat local dishes and server recommended perfect combination, all reasonably priced. Checkout and airport transfer were smooth. In short, a very enjoyable stay.

I reserved a double/queen bed in a non-smoking room, when I was checking in the agent said the room type I reserved was not available (already booked) and he tried really hard to persuade me to downgrade to a smoking room with two single beds. I was adamant that a smoking room was not acceptable. Shouldn’t have to persuade the agent so hard that he needs to put me in an equivalent room or better. Frustrating way to be welcomed at the hotel. Airport shuttle took 45 minutes for the pickup.

Outside the property look scary as the place is vry far inside from the main road. But when you enter the hotel the interior design is cool and nice. Indoor swimming pool is nice with good facility. Near the airport they provide free shuttle service to the airport. Good place to stay for transit.

Good value airport hotel
Nice stay near the airport in late arriving flight. Pick up at airport by shuttle team was a great plus. Breakfast is good. Please note: shuttle stop is a long walk to the other side of the terminal and the hotel accommodation does not have easy lift access. Check if you need lift access.

this looks fancy on the inside, but its nothing special. if you like mosquitos, you will like it here. they are in the rooms, in the lobby, outside, and all over you while on the airport shuttle.

Clean to the point of sterile Process driven to the point if feeling you are in a factory Reception incredibly slow despite well staffed, probably due to laborious processes Everyone was very pleasant, but trained to be robotic in all areas and all interactions Greeting at the airport was fantastic Impatient shuttlebus driver

Long long waits at reception. Sports lounge has “no sport, only movie” on the big screen. Internet drops out and is slow, not good enough if you need to work and share files. Communication difficult.
