You have to pay 15$ for parking overnight. Didn't really like that. If you want to avoid outsiders from parking, just post security, or tow non hotel members. Breakfast was pretty good for a Hyatt. Other than that, the property was decent. Surrounding areas not the best, but i felt safe at the property.

The staff and overall customer service is excellent. Everyone is kind and very helpful. The complementary breakfast is delicious and the shuttle service is very convenient. I did not appreciate the lack of cleanliness in my hotel bathroom. There was mold on the shower curtains and im the toilet.

The hotel is OK and convenient for Busch - it's just a bit dark and dingy and could do with a spruce up. Also be prepared to pay for parking.

We come here because of the proximity to USF, my daughter plays the piano and she competes here during the state competition every year at USF, we've been to this hotel twice and we like it, free breakfast, rooms are big, with a living room space which can sleep another adult, microwave and small kitchen area, my daughter's keyboard fit in a small table near it, the king bed however is a smaller king bed, pillows are so soft your head sinks on it, again no place is perfect except your own.

I came to a room that did not open at all so they switched us rooms, my bed had stains on the top sheet and on the inside too, my door wouldn’t lock and they refused to change us rooms even tho I couldn’t wait for them to fix the lock bcuz the concert we were going to was going to start, we ended up having to wait till they fixed it in order to leave to the concert in peace. Stay away from this hotel. Jeremy will gaslight you and tell you that you are causing the problems even tho all I wanted was a clean bed and lock to keep my stuff safe.

I stayed here for four nights while moving my son out of his dorm at USF. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a free breakfast. Very satisfied. What really makes this place stand out is it staff. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the maintenance people to the housekeeping. Staff were more than pleasant and went out of their way to ask if there was anything they could do to strike up a conversation and they truly made us feel very welcome. 10 out of 10 would stay there again. Mainly for that reason.

Like the restaurant/ bar walking distance. Like the breakfast buffet. Liked the shuttle to Busch gardens. Liked the clean room. Didn’t like you have to pay for parking at the hotel, that was a first. Wouldn’t have booked had I known. Didn’t like front desk advertising Busch garden ticket prices and provided them. They couldn’t provide them, then told us they were cheaper online. They were $20 each more online and wasted my time getting them. After all, this place is Hyatt Place Busch Gardens? Perhaps lose the Busch garden part from your name. Didn’t like I had to take the cover off the toilet a few times a day and shake the fill valve to get the toilet to fill.

This location was quiet and private , yet still close to shopping , dining and main attractions which are all positives. Staff was friendly and helpful. Negatives - room was dirty; not properly cleaned. Found many hairs and little trash throught the room. Counters had streaks and sticky parts. The worst part was the air quality. That room needed either an air purifier , ac filter change or both plus a good clean. Only place they seemed to clean was the bathroom, kinda.

The property is literally up the street from Busch Gardens, l took my kids for spring break and very convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
