Old property that needs an update. Not up to Hilton Garden Inn name. Public areas were dirty with spots on the floor. The same carried through to our bathroom. Overall decor was old and musty. Please update this hotel or remove the Hilton name.

Property was old and dirty. Cracked tiles, old furniture, old carpets etc. Hallways were always dirty with stains on tile floors. I know there are a lot of children staying here due to the proximity to Six Flags but it doesn't seem like the staff is able to keep up with cleaning the public areas. Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate us for staying an extra night for which we were grateful as we had two small kids with us and changing hotels would have been difficult. Based on the overall Hotel condition, this is not up to Hilton Garden Inn standards and desperately needs a refresh or for the Hilton group to remove the name.

The hotel feels bright and airy, attractive dining area and lobby. Sufficient parking space. Clean and well kept, little details like scuff marks and carpet stains were not seen. Everything worked well from the coffee machine, microwave, shower and toilet . Beds were comfy and nice to have 2 queens not full bed size. Room also had space to move around and was quiet.

The lobby is wonderful but the rooms are dated and in need of an upgrade, the carpet either needs to replaced or shampoo, and a the condensation on windows.

During our stay stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa North Busch Gardens the room was not fit to sleep in. The towels were dirty and had an unclean smell. The bed and sheets were unclean and had a mildew smell. When we complained about the room we were given abother room, however, the room that we were given had a running toilet and the door to the room was hard to close. When we requested a refund for the 2nd night we were advised that the General manager did not work on the weekends and that he wouldn't be back in the office until Monday.

Please invest in some pool towels for adults. The ones you have are toddler size. And keep them stocked. Both times we went to use the hot tub, there were no towels. Hot tub and pool need daily cleaning as well. These did not seem kept up. Very friendly staff, clean rooms!

First, the phone in the room did not work. It was completely dead when I tried calling the front desk. Second, I didn't like that there were no pamphlets for restaurants in the area, and no instructions on how to work the TV in the room. Also, I didn't hear the front desk say that there were complementary tickets for breakfast and I paid for our food. When I asked the lady working in the area if the breakfast was free, she said no instead of letting me know there were complementary tickets with our room keys. When I found out I went down and complained, and I did receive the money back I paid for the food, minus the tip. That hotel did not look as up-to-date as other Hilton hotels I had stayed in, in the past. Oh, and I did not like that if we wanted to drink the waters in the room, we had to pay for them.

The common areas are nice but the rooms are old and dingy. The bathroom must be renovated, as the there are a lot of mold and stains everywhere. What made the stay acceptable was the comfortable bed and beddings/linens.

I am very pleased that they were very honest and welcoming. My daughter left her iPad in the room and I live 5 hrs away. They found it, housekeeping put it way for me and the hotel offered to mail it to me. Thank you!

Front desk staff were amazing and very accommodating. Pool was closed which was disappointing and would have preferred breakfast to be included. Had to ask for coffee to be replenished in lobby. Room had noticeable wear and tear.

Well kept but dated. Sloppy paint job on damaged doors. Ac noisy, shower spraying outside curtain. Hot tub dirty and low. Staff was great, lots of parking, room for RV to park. Room was clean, smelled good, no mold but they did have a fan on the carpet for whatever reason. Not worth the $200
