Checked in at about 11pm. Everything was okay besides the rep telling me they didn’t have working keys. The only way to get inside the room was for the employee rep to physically let me inside the room, and if I needed to step out I would have to locate and bother her throughout the night since the key maker was broken until the morning time. Really I think the budget for the hotels upkeep is low and they’re doing what they can. But that doesn’t help my experience of being a woman, with a hotel room I can’t physically let myself into without someone else help. So there is that. Everything else was okay.

The bedding was stained and smelt of urine. I informed the front desk and they changed the mattress and bedding. The walk in shower was badly designed and when the water was turned on it went all over the floor. there was a crack in the floor of the shower which was covered with black tape.

I found two small roaches in the room and I don’t think the floor was cleaned properly as it was pretty gritty. Definitely bring bedroom shoes or something. Also, I’m not sure if we were over the laundry room or something but it felt almost like the ground was vibrating in the room. The elevator smells bad, almost like sulfur. The hotel staff was very helpful and besides those few things, the hotel was clean and welcoming looking!

Would not work with me for other pay options when they’re machine was down and the room had roaches everywhere!!! When I saw the roach climbing up the wall above my bed, I asked for a refund and left. I won’t be back or recommend to anyone!

The room smelled bad as soon as we walked in, stains on outside of the fridge, floors sticky & dirty. Two of the towels had stains, I would not recommend this hotel for a family at all.

We checked in to the room to find there was no tv remote and so we went to the front desk and the incompetent employee could not locate batteries for the extra remotes she found so we could not use the tv. We got to the room and the air conditioning didn’t work very well we had to set it to 60 in order to cool things off enough where it was comfortable. We tried to close the blinds only to discover they were broken.Overall this has not been a pleasant sta.

I didn’t read reviews before booking and I wished I did. Not clean, there were ants crawling out of the sink drain and brown stains on the counter. I booked a non smoking room and it had such a strong cigarette smell. The walls and roof are so thin you can hear everyone around you in other rooms. But it is cheap so you get what you pay for. Staff when I checked in and out was nice.

Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
Arrived to no parking, was informed to park in fire lane, along with numerous other vehicles. When handed rooms key, was advised not to say room number out loud, for safety reasons. Hallways are dark and dingy, elevator was extremely hot. Room reminded me of a poor quality hostel. Ended up sleeping in the car just to avoid that location.

The hotel room was dirty, with spider webs in the bathroom and a bad smell in the room. If they won't do housekeeping, they should at least do a good job before handing them over. I definitely do not recommend this hotel; it's the worst hotel I've ever been to.

There was pubic hair all over the toilet, went to take a shower and two spiders were in the tub. There was a huge piece of black tape in the tub where you can tell there is a hole so it made it awkward to take a shower since you could stand in the middle. The bathroom smelt of weed. Dogs could be heard barking at night. Woke up by children screaming and running down the hallways. I’ve never been to a place that calls you to tell you it’s almost time to check out when we still had time in the room. It was rude.
