The sauna is nice, but people talk too loud so it is noisy, if they can advise the customers to keep low key, then every one can enjoy the relax time!

This hotel definitely deserves a four-star rating; the mattress is firm, the towels are fresh and soft, and beware—the complimentary breakfast is the best I've ever had in my life. I quite enjoyed my visit to Tainan; it's very pleasant to walk around, and I watched the very best lion dance at a temple. As someone who travels for fun over 100 days a year, I can confidently say that if I return to Tainan, I will stay at this place again.

Walkable to a big shopping center but also close to authentic food options on the other side. Floors have water refilling station which was very ecofriendly compared to providing bottled water

The property is at a convenient location. A very comfortable hotel with all the amenities needed. The breakfast is amazing and worth the price. I would highly recommend buying the breakfast with the hotel room

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. The hotel doesn't provide lotion and other stuff. The single use toothbrush and other stuff need to get them from front desk. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
