"Excellent stay. An upgrade (I’d asked for the possibility of a room with a bath) was much appreciated. Room and bathroom size excellent. Bed and Pillows excellent, room service excellent, and staff all excellent. Hotel atmosphere is understated luxury and location right in the CBD ideal. One of the quietest rooms in terms of internal and external noise I’ve ever stayed in. Certainly the aircon was the quietest I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dunedin."

It is immaculately clean and excellently furnished. The size of the apartment is also very good as it feels like you are moving between rooms not just in an oversized hotel room."
