Good clean basic hotel. Great friendly service. Breakfast was fine. The fresh cookies in the lobby at 7:00pm each night are a great touch!

Very friendly front staff. Room was nice. Bed very comfortable. The main reason I marked it down was that Unfortunately they did not have any computer service in order to print boarding passes or check in to an airline.

Everyone is very kind and patient with My Son and I the rooms were a bit small and the shower a little crowded but everything else was very good. The room was clean. Everybody was very helpful.

Pool & hot tub were nice, but only 1 towel left in pool area. Hot breakfast was ok. Room needed several repairs, some serious! Told front desk, hope they took care of it. Dont expect much of a view, we had none, being behing front facade.

This hotel needs not only updating but renovation as well. Fixtures were broken, surfaces were worn and damaged, water was only warm. There is a strong smell of perfumed fragrance.

3rd times the charm?
I checked in ~1am and was greeted by a very nice desk clerk. I had 2 rooms, one had absolutely no problems. When I checked into the other room, neither I nor the staff could get the TV to work so we tried another room, same story. Finally got the TV to work in the 3rd room only to have my ears assaulted when I turned on the bathroom light. The exhaust fan automatically comes on with a SUPER loud obnoxious sound. I stayed in the room as it was almost 2am

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the lady that checked us in. The bed was ok. Our bathroom had some black stains (mold?) on the ceiling above the shower. When you turned on the shower the shower head or something in the shower began to smell like mildew.

We stay here often as it is near our son's home. We have always been very happy. The room and common areas are very clean, as is the pool, and breakfast is really nice.

High School Reunion stay
