This was a nice quiet place off the main road 320th St, which has lots of fast food and restaurants, also close to I-5 into Seattle and close to the bus transit station. The hotel itself has ample parking. I loved that you could get coffee in the breakfast room, in the lobby, and a Keurig in the room. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The price is right for this hotel and honestly better than hotels I’ve stayed at in Seattle where they’re 3x pricier. I’ve stayed here twice and I liked the improvements.

The hotel is clean and nice our room is nice, modern, and clean. I can't wait to shower it looks like it's going to be a great shower. Looking forward to breakfast they put out an amazing selection!!

Had to wait for hot water use in shower. Not sure if it was due to lot of guests on site but yeah had to have water running for like 10min for hot water shower. Also, there was no phone in our room so had to physically go down to report we weren't getting hot water initially. Only to find out that every suite should have phones, and they just forgot to put one in our room. Rooms are great for price & staff were great but something was definitely off during my visit 😂

I was nervous about staying in a 2.5 star hotel but the evening front desk staff assured me that if I wasn’t satisfied with my room I could change it. In addition the week before was their grand re-opening; new sheets and Dove hygiene products. Breakfast was tasty and areas were clean.
