"Room was very clean, staff exceedingly friendly, there were some amenities that I didn’t take advantage of (indoor pool & hot tub with towels, gym equipment room, lobby lounge area, coffee pod machines), but it was nice that they were available. There’s plenty of parking for everyone, though there appeared to be only 1 entrance/exit that all must use, the alternate entrance/exit was a locked delivery gate. Figuring out what to do for the free breakfast was a little confusing, but I had it figured out by the 3rd day. Each guest needs to go retrieve a paper order form from the front desk attendant, fill it out, drop it into a basket in the dining area, then wait for your room number from the form to be called, they bring your plate to your table, there are signs on each table that ask guests to please bus their own dishes over to a central bin. Entering directly through the dining area door will mess up the flow of everything, don’t do that. The toilet in my room had a slow leak, so it kept randomly refilling itself every few hours, but I reported it upon checkout, hopefully it’ll be resolved for the next room occupant. The in-room consumable toiletries were nice, tiny lemon citrus-scented soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Overall I had a lovely stay; the point of the trip was to explore the surrounding waterfalls, rivers, lakes, etc. rather than to sit in the hotel the whole time, so with that in mind, I’d say this was a great trip and lodging was more than satisfactory."
