Staff was very helpful and prompt for check-in and tea.
There was no toilet paper in the toilet. When I asked for the toilet tissue the manager/ proprietor said "use water to clean". "You have to adapt to my Arabic culture and use water to clean after using the toilet".
I had to persist, for about 5 minutes, in order to get one small roll of toilet paper sent to my room. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel, ever, anywhere in the world!
Certainly not the hotel for International travelers, except someone from Arab countries.
Breakfast was included. Very greasy vada plate came in between 9 and 930 am, I forget the time.
The room floor was filthy, not meant for bare feet. Bed was not comfortable. The hot water did not flow for a very long time. I had to visit the same man to be told "let the water run for 10 minutes to get hot water". What a waste of a scant resource!
At check-out the same manager wanted to add more room service items than what I had ordered. Again, I had to dispute to get him to agree. He later admitted that the items may have been for another room!
Except for the location and the check-in staff, nothing was proper.
AVOID.
