Although I had paid for my daughter’s stay fully in advance in Expedia, The font desk person was new and she charged my daughter’s credit card again ! And when she complained they said nothing they can do and she has to wait 3-4 business days for her refund!
You have to realize that this caused hardship for her because they charged her for security deposit (which in my knowledge none of the hotels that I have gone charge it but just keep the credit card number on file) this totally used all her saving in her account and she was short in money! We had to send her money for her food and gas!
I am very upset about poor management in your facility! They offered her one free breakfast and she doesn’t even eat breakfast!
This was totally unacceptable! I would never recommend this facility, I will write bad reviews for them and tell my friends not to ever go there!
