"There was almost no water pressure and completing a shower was impossible and I had use sink water to rinse soap off of me. The sink's water stopper was broken. I was under the impression that the motel served a full hot Breakfast and that was not true because tthat quality inn motel did not serve breakfast. I made my complaints verbally but tactfully to the manager. The manager did apologize to me. For some reason I felt sorry for the manager. This Quality Inn Stay was the first night of a 14-day trip. I completed my 14-day trip by staying at 3 other motels The 3 other motels were Best Western Motels and each of the Best Western Motels were outstanding and far superior to the Quality Inn I stayed at in Sulphur Springs, Texas."
