"The location is close to most major attractions in downtown Ottawa. Everything is walkable from ARC The Hotel. Lots of dining options in the area and Uber rides are very affordable to most places including the airport. The room itself was clean and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. "This hotel was perfectly located for our Ottawa stay. Good bed, spacious room, kitchen with dishes, laundry and great location. While it was a good location, walkable to all we wanted, it was quite noisy on a busy street with lots of truck traffic. There is also homeless in the area (as in every city) but we felt very safe waking around even in the evening. Would stay in this hotel again. "

Beds were comfy although the covers could have been a bit heavier. Check in was smooth and desk clerk answered all my questions. For being near the airport it was surprisingly quiet."
