Everything was nice and comfortable. We stayed on 2nd floor which wasn’t a problem for us we love stairs. However the parking lot is cumbersome. I may be able to park in platinum parking space but it isn’t a convenient walk to our. The pool was nice and breakfast was goid

Terribly dirty carpet our feet turned black and we realized that the carpet and smell from the carpet was utterly filthy. It was late and we were too tired to move to a second room after moving from the first room. Never again for this one. The maid service Al’s skipped our room ever after letting them know we would be out for the day and to please help them selves to the room.

Walls A Little Thin
Check-in was a breeze, and "Lily" was exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient; she made me feel very good about staying here. The room was spacious, well-appointed and clean. The only thing missing was a printed channel guide for the TV. (There is a virtual guide on the TV, but it wasn't easy to use.) The room was very quiet, and despite being on the main drag, we did not hear road noise. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of restaurants. Unfortunately, as other guests checked in, we began hearing more noise. As the night progressed, I literally could hear the guest snoring in the room next door, and in the morning, I heard their alarm. I had neglected to pack ear plugs, which would have solved the problem. The included breakfast featured a variety of hot and cold items, very tasty. Coffee is on the weak side. Checkout was equally easy and efficient. We definitely would stay here again.

Bring Your Earplugs
Our room was one of the largest we have ever had. Our room included not one but two easy chairs. Everything was spotless and worked perfectly. The hotel is just steps from two dine-in restaurants, Applebee's and El Mezcal (Mexican). Many others are nearby as well. Breakfast in the morning offered many delicious selections, including eggs, bacon and potatoes. The only downside I can think of is that the hotel is located on the "main drag" in town, and wannabe racers gunning their engines created a bit of noise. Our room was locate near the lobby, and returning guests were noisy, too. I was forced to dig out my earplugs, but then I sank into the comfy bed and the bliss of sleep.

Been up to this area a few times and this is the best place I have stayed. It looks newly renovated and is very clean with comfortable beds and nice bedding. The rooms are also spacious but the tv are very small, not much larger than a laptop. The breakfast was pretty good, with your typical waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, and eggs (made well) and sausage as well as oatmeal packets but fresh fruit was just apples. Eco friendly in that they used paper plate products and ac was working efficiently. The location is convenient right in town (there isn’t much in wi rapids and it’s not a nice city so if you are going here you can’t get away from that.) my only complaint was there was a girl obviously on a lot of drugs in the parking lot all night harassing patrons and the staff didn’t call the police to have the girl removed.

Nothing impressive in the room. Beds were about average and hotels are not great. The pool was filthy, we didn’t go in and left immediately. There was a drinking fountain in the pool area that looked like it was used as a toilet.

Very dirty and dusty. Son was coughing all night. Walks thin can hear others. Up all night because of people in hallway. Checking out and paying for a different hotel it was so bad!
