"I stayed at this hotel during my business trip for one night. At my arrival the check in was super quick by very professional staff. "Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"This hotel /rooms needs maintenance improvements ASAP. In our first 24 hour , we had to change 3 times room. Reasons: no A/C in room and bad smell. Even in our 3rd room there was no water pressure in the shower. A/C was not working properly too. Workers were very nice. "
