The suite was spotlessly clean, the pool warm and plenty big enough to cool off in. The suites are located within easy walk of the beach, bus stops in the main town Chania and several local and big chain supermarkets. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. "I could not have asked for a better stay at Villa Alexander. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, the villa was incredible, so well maintained and big and clean, the pool was perfect, and the area was peaceful and felt very safe. "A great hotel if you either have a car or need to be by the airport. It is about 25 minutes from the old city, but not a terrible drive. The staff were extremely friendly. We had an issue with the drain being clogged when we arrived but they had someone there to fix it within 5 minutes. The breakfast was fairly good and there was a lot of parking. "
