Getting to your room is down an open hallway, how unsafe is that? The beds were not "covered" in bed bugs. Unfortunately, all the hotels have adjoining doors, we're not the only one and we do not need to mention that. Again, balconies also adjoin in some hotels we're not the only one. Police come in our parking lot all the time just to park and watch traffic, we didnt call them and had nothing to do with us.Expedia refunded the money because we ok'd it. You booked a NON Refundable stay which is just like the name says NON REFUNDABLE, the manager does not do this a lot, especially not to Expedia, and she was very nice to you. Your review sounds like you don't travel much due to safety/expectations issues. Clearwater Beach is super safe anywhere you go to

Thank you. It is an open building, everyone can come through at any time. We do not have permanent residents, unfortunately there are homeless people in clearwater beach just like everywhere else in the country and we try our best to keep them off property. Parking on the beach is a premium especially on a Saturday, you cannot leave your car at the property as guests start arriving early and we need every space in our lot, you could of parked your car next door at the garage. The "resort fee" covers parking and breakfast.

Thank you for the review, I am sorry for the customer service. We lend towels out and you sign them out and if you don't return them you will get charge. We go through a lot of towels. I will have maintenance look at the bathroom ceiling. Mattresses are a personal preference.
