"My stay at the hotel was magnificent, and the service provided by the afternoon assistant manager, Mr. Diego, was unsurpassed; however, the treatment I received at the pool was not only uncomfortable but discriminatory. A staff member demanded to see my card right away—which wouldn't have been an issue in itself, were it not for their tasteless comment about people leaving without paying. Furthermore, the valet parking attendant was quite dismissive; he asked me to drive around the building to a specific spot just to photograph the vehicle—in the middle of summer, with endless lines of traffic all around—and then acted in an imperious manner when telling me to move my car."
