Everyone was friendly, guests and staff. Only thing I didn't like was, I need a tv on while I sleep, if it goes off I wake up. The tv went off twice during the night the whole 5 days we were there, so I never got a full night sleep due to waking to turn it back on. Pots and pans in cupboard but no way to use them due to no stove, only a microwave. Needs a pop vending machine on the two story half of the hotel so you don't have to cross the street to the 5 story side to get a drink. $3.00 for a bag of chips at the hotel I always pay 50 cents for at home. But we met a lot of new friends there and even on our facebook now to keep in touch now.

The room was very clean. Showers were wonderfully hot. Pool was nice. Customer service was nice. The doors are very thin so you can hear your neighbors very clearly. Id stay here again. The beach was a 2 min walk very convenient.

Stayed in a ground floor room that was near the laundry for the hotel. What that means is that you will be woken up by the constant clatter of the housekeeping cards going back and forth. It is a paver surface so every wheel of every cart hits every paver joint. But if that doesn’t wake you up the guy cleaning them with the leaf blower will do it. And the bed was just ok. Otherwise the property besides being older was clean and updated, parking was easy, pool was nice and staff was helpful. Location was good too.

They should let you know what room you are getting. Ours was probably the worst in the resort. Checked in around 9;30pm and the guy at the counter wasn’t very friendly or helpful. We were left to ourself to navigate the property

it's an expensive hotel for being a budget hotel. I like that I was able to walk to the beach. My family also like the rooftop bar on the 10th floor of Edge hotel across from our hotel and ice cream place by hotel. I would stay there again.

I picked the cheapest hotel in Clearwater. It was great sleep comfortable rooms. So close to everything. It was two block walk to the beach. Could even see the ocean from our room.

I gotta say… it was an amazing week. I wish the pool stayed open a little longer since we were on vacation and the elderly compromised it thru out the day with their loud music… but I had zero complaints I LOVED IT!! Thank you so much!!

If you're looking for fancy, this isn't your place but it was clean. Our problem was that or A/C wasn't working. We let the front desk know when we got up and they said they'd have someone fix it and let us know. We never got the call and no one fixed the A/C. When we got back to our room, I called down to the front office, they said they'd call a repair guy (again) and send him but played dumb when I asked if anyone had already been there to fix the A/C. Keep in mind, we were in for the night by this time. We asked front desk if we could get another room instead of having a repair guy in our room when we wanted to sleep. He was rude and acted like what I was asking for was out of line. When we went down to get our new room keys, he didn't say a word to us, other than, your room is 202 across the street. On a smaller note, they also told us they'd let us know if our room was ready early but they never called. Horrible communication and follow through

I arrived to the hotel early and check in wasn't till 4pm. The staff behind the desk were very helpful and got me in a room about 1 hours after I arrived and 3 hours before 4pm. Thank you very much for your amazing service and quick response. I will continue to stay at this establishment

Everything was good. Clean, nice location and staff professional. The only thing was the shower had NO water pressure. They also need a better place to store luggage when you arrive early or check out hours before your flight.

Rooms do not have stove and limited kitchen supplies. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to limited space. Lots of trash everywhere on golf course as people who are staying at the hotel didn’t clean up after themselves. Pillows on the bed were very small almost like a throw pillow. The beds were very small full size beds not queen beds as advertised and not very comfortable. This hotel was ok for one night but would not recommend staying long term.

This amazing hotel has 2 buildings, 2 pools, a mini put put green, corn hole and ice cream shop on the property!!! Wowza, we had a great time. We had trouble with the key that took up a good hour of our stay... but overall 5/5. Would highly suggest. Walking distance <.5mi to the pier, great taco joint across the street and the cleanliness was great.

Can’t beat the price. In a very busy part of the beach area, just steps away from the main Pier and restaurants. Beach is 2 min walk. 2 pools heated. Hotel feels safe we stayed with young child and no issues with security. Hotel is clean. Beds were comfortable. Tv and mini fridge in room. Stand up shower with great pressure. Not many hotels with this quality and great price available in this area
