Nice hotel in a great location
Comfortable and clean hotel conveniently located in the center of St. Moritz. We had a spacious room overlooking the lake with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

A solid budget option in St. Moritz
Nice place pervaded by the lovely smell of wood. It's not a glamorous St. Moritz stay but the location is good and the staff are friendly; a solid option for those who simply want a place to sleep and bathe. Be prepared for uphill climbs if you want to walk around the neighborhood though! Only complaint was the wooden bedframe being very sensitive and creaky to any movement; still not a problem for light sleepers if you have earplugs.

Beds 18 inches off the floor Beds noisy just to rollover $25.00 for per person for a breakfast for nothing cooked, minimal selection, and tiny plates. Very low average at best. Very polite manager. Nice view.

Superb customer service. The gentleman that checked us in called us, I missed the call, letting us know that check would close at 1900. We arrived at the hotel before that, last arrival, expected us and had everything ready to go at check in. We got an awesome room with a spectacular view. Good sleeping in the evening since it was cool with the windows opened. He helped immensely from that evening to the morning with services and recommendations for train options back to Zurich.

Nice decent affordable place in st Moritz. Bathroom facilities are small & lacking, low toilet flow. Not much facilities but just a place to stay so we opt to stay here to dump our bags and utilize other nice hotels to dine, lunch tea service since we’re here only for the night. Very Very small place if you come here with tons of luggage. It’s clean.

Hotel is far from the train station - not 5 mins as advertised. It is located up a slope and the route from a train station is tedious if you are pulling luggages. Backpacks will be easier but the upslope is still tiring. Breakfast has limited choices. We did not experience exceptional hospitality as others in the reviews mentioned.

Great older style hotel. Room had nice bathroom good view and room comfortably warm. Great walks around lake (not far from hotel). I was there on a Sunday and town was very quiet. Manager very accommodating.

It’s quite the hike to get to this hotel from the train station. There’s a very steep hill, use the escalators available through the parking lot near the train station. Says the hotel bar is open at 3 PM, we did not find this to be true. Very limited dining options around hotel.

What a beautiful overnight stay before getting the Glacier Express early next morning. Loved this old hotel and we had a very spacious, clean and comfortable room with a sofa giving us a lovely view over the lake. Andri at reception was particularly kind and welcoming. We needed to get a taxi from and to the station. However we were able to take a short walk to find a quiet spot to have evening drinks and a nearby Co Op shop to buy some food and drinks for a simple evening meal. We also managed to buy a Nusstorte at a reasonable price.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. It is in need of updating. The charge for breakfast was outrageous. This is one of the few hotels in St Moritz that does not include a 3 day pass for all the lifts if you book 2 nights. I would have not booked this hotel if I knew that beforehand

Very clean. Nice view of lake and castle. Warm blankets. I liked having a wash rag finally in EU. Close to many things. Visually looking at breakfast we didn’t feel it was worth to purchase. I wish the key to the room was digital vs an old fashion key. A double would have been appreciated. Comfy and cozy. Felt like a bed and breakfast.

Languard is a mediocre choice.
When we arrived at about 1 pm the check-in desk was closed until 3 pm. We found a cleaning lady that told us where we could store our luggage until check-in. The tub shower had a high wall and was difficult to step in and out of. The room was cold and there was no way to turn up the heat. The continental breakfast was not included and it was $24 per person, which was too expensive. The hotel was located up a steep hill from the train station and it was not easy to get to with luggage.
