The line for the elevator was 30-45 mins at check in and game day. Luckily we had already checked in so we took the steps to our room on the 16th floor 😓 that was a choice. Our tub drain wasn’t working. I let the front desk know and they sent someone up fairly quickly to fix it, which he did, however he left black stuff all over the walls, floor and toilet. On our 2nd night, we return after the game to find our key card didn’t work, no big deal it happens. We went to the front desk to get it programmed only to be told we were giving the wrong room number. They told us the room number we were giving, which was our room, was out of service. After a conversation of trying to tell them that was our room, we reluctantly went to try the room they said was ours. Of course, that key would not let us in. (Thank goodness in case someone was in there). We went back to the desk. After more convincing the lady finally agreed to walk to the room with me. When we opened the door, what do you know, there was our stuff. She asked if anything was missing which I wasn’t sure because we just opened the door to which she said “sorry about that” and left. Thankfully, nothing was missing. We did not appreciate being treated as if we were lying. I understand mistakes happen. The front desk could’ve handled it very differently and not made comments alluding to we were lying.
