I was charged double what the original receipt stated; the beds were the most uncomfortable as were the pillows, and a spot light from the center courtyard beamed in through the windows the entire night. Worst night of sleep ever!

Parking lot area was dirty. I felt I was tracking in dirt. Was that a stain on the carpet in our room or just odd colored carpet? Otherwise, everything else was very clean! Staff pleasant. Convenient location for us. Breakfast good.

Good location. Easy to get to but not too close to the freeway to be noisy or have too much traffic. Only negatives not enough parking—we had to park on the street—and the elevator made horrible noise, so we chose to walk to our third floor room.

Hotel was excellent. Clean, a lot of amenities from the pool, exercise room, bar, and outdoor fire pit. Staff was knowledgeable about the area and offered excellent suggestions. The only thing we did not like was the extremely low water pressure in the shower and sink. Would stay here again.

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful! The may the maintenance guy was cool as we required his assistance. The lady who worked the bar however concerned me a little bit in terms of cleanliness. She had her hands down the back of her pants while discussing food options, who does that?

Only dislikes were the water pressure in the shower and the free breakfast was not very tasty. Employees were great and room/hallways were clean. Would stay here again.

I really like everything in my stay, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work well, but I didn’t say anything because i didn’t care, my door locke it self when I got out to have breakfast but it was fix in less than 5 minutes, check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was really good.

Older hotel but service was excellent. Coffee was great. Room was adequate. Staff surprisingly cleaned room without being asked. The water in the shower was nice and hot.

Property was in a nice area and easy to get to. Air conditioner unit in room was poorly placed as it was very close to one of the beds at the head of the bed. As a result when it kicked on there was cold air blowing directly in your face throughout the night. Breakfast was poor to average and had to ask for multiple things to be refilled, one of those being coffee. Pool was small and quite cold for an indoor pool.

This was a very nice place to stay for being close to WashU over move-in week. I don't know if it was room specific or property specific, but two things that could be improved: the thermostat was lit up all night, and the shower was almost immediately too hot. A cool shower was not possible, but desired, after a hot afternoon walk in the park.
