I would have given this place a 5 star but the bathroom needed repairs. Hole in door that was patched needs to be redone and the hole in the wall where a dispenser needs to be repaired.

Should have known before booking. There were stains on the bedding and stains on the towels/wash cloths. We had to ask for new bedding, which they brought up and changed the sheets. Then we noticed ants coming out of the AC unit. That was not a comfortable night’s rest AT ALL. Would never book here again.

Not enough parking. Customers from Crowne hotel across the street avoid paying their parking fee by parking free in this hotel's lot. Additional parking is 2 properties away.

Accused me of smoking because I called them out on having poor customer service skills my whole floor was flooded and instead of trying to get me out of the the room and into a new room as soon as I called him and said that my room my bathroom was flooded. They asked me if my room was even paid, for they did not acknowledge the fact that my stuff was wet they didn’t ask me hey are you OK? They didn’t even ask me how it happened the front desk staff is very disrespectful. They do not care about their guess and not even to mention the sad excuse for a breakfast, they had sausage links and sausage, balls, bagels, and muffins not to mention the bagels and muffins do not get put up at night. They sit there all day along with the oatmeal that you have to make Yourself with the hot water from the coffee machine the snack items are very over priced what you would pay 50 Cent for in a store for a bag of chips. They will charge you three dollars and when you go to pay for your snack items with a card they’re asking you your first name and your last name your room number and asking what kind of card are you using and if it’s the same card on file mind you you’re not charging it to the room you’re paying it out of your pocket so the line in the question is crazy. I do think that they need better management the toilet in my room consistently ran after I flushed and when I told the front desk he asked me was it still flushing and I said yes and he told me well there’s no problem

Nice place to stay. No complaints about the hotel itself. We were so disappointed there was no shuttle option to get us from the airport to the hotel. We are older and arrived after midnight. A shuttle would have been so appreciated.

My room was horrible. My son was stuck in the bathroom because the lock was broken, the tub couldn't be stopped up, the main door lock didn't have a chain to secure the door shut, and the bed had the BIGGEST dip/crater in it. My back hurts like hell and i feel like i got ripped off.

We only had to stay here for a few hours after a long day of traveling. First and foremost it was listed as having cribs and when I checked in there was no crib available for our 1 year old daughter. Second the room we got had multiple holes in the walls and doors, some patched, some not, fist sized like someone parties too hard or got a domestic assault charge. There were stains on the bedsheets, the bathroom had a huge piece of missing wallpaper that was torn down to the drywall and just looked tacky, There were “body hairs” and what appeared to be blood on some of the towels in the bathroom. Not impressed at all and definitely not worth the money spent for the convenience of being close to the airport.

The property is located in a convenient area. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were some dirty areas. Be prepared for the smell of weed. It was very strong. The parking lot was also a pain.
