Absolutely the best customer service when I checked in and an excellent late night market selection with free utensils, microwave and micreovable dinners. Location was superb with many amenities in walking distance. I would take half a star off for the actual room I was given, it was musty smelling but otherwise very clean.

The room was nice. Staff was friendly. The property was very hot. This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed here and the lobby/restaurant/conference rooms/etc. needed to be much cooler temperature wise. Something needs to be done to adequately cool the property so you can enjoy your stay without sweating.

Hotel very dated. Good stop over point. Pool closed, bar closed, 1 lift not working, staff lovely. Sink slow to drain. Basically no more than a motel now. As mentioned by others lovely lobby area and that’s it. Use of polystyrene and plastic cutlery.

Had a horrible time relaxing it was so loud on my floor. Kids and adults talking very loud in the hallways. Kids running up and down the hallways. The door directly across from mine kept slamming over and over through the night. Didn't get much sleep that I ended missing free breakfast in the morning. To top it off I didnt get any discount for this. I heard later we weren't the only ones complaining.😏

Nice hotel! I liked the pool but the hot tub was closed and they disnt have a mini refrigerator in my room they did offer to bring one up if they had one available. I also disliked they charged me a extra $100 security fee and will get it refunded back at check out but you know how that goes with your back 1 to 3 business days. Its been a day and I haven'tfot my 100 refunded back to me yet.

Hot tub, key reader, and door to bathroom at pool broken. Staff only giving a handful of towels to pool area with over 15 guest in the pool. Pool itself was clean and well temped. Was told that the pub attached was open, only to find out thatthe fully stocked bar couldnt serve due to not having a liquor license. Place was standard for the price. I will probably go to a different hotel next time. It was great but the kids enjoyed it. Oh the beds were comfy as well. Just feel meh.

Stayed here with the family for a short trip to St. Louis. Was very nice area, short drive into the city. The lobby was very clean and so cute! Loved the decor! Staff was amazing! We had issues with our room locks and had to change keys several times and got locked out. Maintenance solved it and was quick. Facilities— slightly dated, the room was alittle musty, not as upscale as some of the rooms I’ve stayed in. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great! Pool was broken (seems to be a common theme when scrolling down on the reviews). Fitness center was wonderful and had lots of equipment!!! The breakfast could have used alittle more choices (waffle maker, pancakes? Bacon?) but was decent and all of us found something to eat. Overall nice stay and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend if you were passing by and needed a place to stay!

Great Hotel - Pool & Hot Tub Broke 1 Yr Plus!
The hotel is overall excellent. However, the Hot Tub has been broken for over a year and a half now that I know of, but it is still listed on the amenities. The indoor pool has been out of operation for about a year now and its still on the amenities. I recommend that if you want a hotel with a hot or pool to call the hotel prior to booking to ensure they are operational. I love the Aviator but will find a different facility in my next venture.

Aviator was great. Stadf was super helpful and so nice. Restaurant had an amazing team and the food was awesome. I travel a decent amount and a ton of hard work and commitment to people rises this hitel above many others.

The staff were warm & welcoming upon our arrival. The hotel’s restaurant had absolutely FANTASTIC food (I highly recommend the chicken sandwich with hot honey)! Our server at the restaurant was attentive & personable. The chef serves the the food. Overall a great place to stay. Great room too!
