"Horrible Experience"
When I arrived at the hostel I was greeted by a man who didn't know how to check people in. He had to wake up a girl, who came out in her underwear. She said 'bring down your bedding in the morning and if there is no bedding in there come tell us'. Not professional. Got to the room and it was freezing (no heater) and I wasn't provided with a bottom sheet. Also, the plug was broken so I couldn't watch TV and charge my phone at the same time. The TV was also in the corner of the room right at the top (very high ceilings) so I couldn't watch it anyway. There were 2 smelly blankets, that you just know haven't been washed and were dirty. So I basically sucked it up and slept between the 2. I woke up at 6am and I was freezing. I didn't want to spend any more time there.. Not even to taste the free breakfast, I wasn't exactly hopeful that that would of been nice either. I left as soon as I was ready.

"St Kildare break away"
Great service, friendly atmosphere. Lots of information on tours around Melbourne or around the country. Internet cafe, clean and tidy foyer, a small smokers area. Loved the bar area, cheap drinks music was pumping and just a great place to meet and greet people. They also charge a small fee for breakfast and serve bar meals too. Did I say cheap drink,lol...

"Very well central."
I found this hotel pretty good, I wasn't expecting too much as it was under renos which they had stated in their booking. Nothing seemed to be a problem for the staff, room was neat and tidy, great location if your hanging around St Kilda for a few days, I would stay here again if visiting Melbourne, easy access to everything. Only thing, no shower curtain in shower so floor was wet but now I am being picky.

Was looking for somewhere affordable to spend one night in St. Kilda and came across Easystay. We were located on Carlisle street close to the beach and Acland street and was perfect. Everything was clean and well kept and was perfect for an overnight stay.

"First time in a Hostel. Wasn't disappointed!"
Bit of a daunting experience having my first stay in a hostel but I was so surprised! Habitat HQ is amazing it has everything you need, kitchen, entertainment and the rooms are clean, beds comfort is OK. Staff are great, showers are immaculate. Not one complaint after a week here :) had to extend my stay after 3 nights it was that good. Short walk to see the penguins and an amazing Spanish hot chocolate place called San ucho i think that's the name... not too far either.

"Location location location!"
Close to the trams to get into the city and the beach (better in summer of course). Handy cafe for breaky in the morning, though heaps of places around to try out and eat. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with my accommodation.

"Nice little find in St Kilda."
I was in need of some accommodation close to the Sidney Myer Music Bowl for the night of The Long Walk & Dreamtime at the MCG (31/5). All reasonably priced accommodation close to here was booked out but I was lucky enough to find a last minute deal at Sixty Two On Grey. Housed in a beautiful old building with modern additions at the rear, the accommodation was excellent. My room was at the rear of the original property surrounded by about 4 other rooms, with a central courtyard area. The room was a fantastic size with all the amenities that you need, with a small covered deck out front.
