The staff was very friendly but the room itself wasn't very clean. The tiny elevator only worked sometimes and it too me getting stuck in it once to only take the stairs to my 6th floor room for the rest of our stay.

Wasn’t informed the hotel was self-catered, rooms weren’t cleaned prior to arrival and hotel charged €12 a day for regular cleaning. Staff were simply unhelpful and not interested in anything you had to say.

There were some beetles and ants in the room. The toilet and shower worked poorly. You must pay eur 50, copy the passport, sign the house rules etc. You will be fined under certain conditions and will be notified of the police in case of any breach of the house rules. The hotel is located at a remote location for shopping the best at Valletta. But the staff is basically decent and things work pretty well. One employee said the hotel was really two-star. But it's an old hotel that needs refurbishment to get up.

Hotel wasn’t as good as it looks in pictures, you have to always leave your keys at the desk when you leave which there’s probs and cons to but for the price can’t really complain breakfast isn’t great either but once again for the price it’s not to bad

Pictures aren't everything
The hotel is in need of paint and general love. The noise from others guests which were groups of school kids was shocking as they ran up and down the corridors late at night. The hotel weren't interested in addressing this matter as it was for 2 nights on the trot and even though i had booked 3 rooms for 4 nights they didnt show any interest when I said you have allowed the tennagers to run into the hotel shouting and screaming. The gym is not free and the indoor swimming pool really cold and the bar is in need of decor and also a bar person who wants to serve people would possibly be a bonus as well. In the end we were working in Malta for the week and went to other bàrs and restuarants instead . Highly unlikely we would stay at this hotel again as other workers we were with stayed at nicer hotels nearby, so disappointed really and the hotel lost out on money from us.

The cleaning was terrible, they don't even trade The towels. The breakfast Impossible to eat. The Staff on the reception try to gelo but they don't know how.

Booked through Expedia, but because booked the same day as the stay, they claimed they could not see the order, so asked to pay again with the assurance that the double payment would be refunded. After 3 weeks no refund I sent them an email, but no reply either after 1 week. The room's curtains don't fit, so in the morning you will wake up by the sunlight. The airconditioning was a poor single unit moveable one that was super loud and hardly cooled. The pool area was nice, but a bit crowded. You have to like the party atmosphere with a drink and some music.

When we arrived, we were not told how to find our room or what amenities were available, when we did eventually find our room we were in for a shock , dirty falling apart , disgraceful, when we returned to check out , we were not asked why or how they could resolve it as it was less than an hour after checking in, staff even rang us a taxi to the airport! Very unprofessional and will never stay there again and will be making a complaint to get our money back as we were not offered alternative accommodation or our money back , worst experience I've ever had of customer service during my stay at Malta over the last seven years , avoid at all cost if you want to enjoy your holiday!!

I check straight out
This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel. It's in a state of bad repair and the rooms are from the 80s. Mold around bathrooms and hospital style corridors. After visiting the room I immediately checked out.

Nice and large rooms, our room was also very quiet. The location is awesome, right in the city center where are loads of places you can eat and have fun. The hotel pool is also very nice and big. I strongly recommend this hotel

Spend €20 more elsewhere to avoid a ruined holiday
Hotel is barely inhabitable, where to start... elevators out of order, poorly flushing toilets, stained towels, paper thin linens, dirty pillows, non functional tv and power outlets, locks on balcony door broken, shower head from 1930’s, no shampoo or lotions, front desk clerk demanded room deposit in cash as card machine struggles to connect, (I’m sure the staff do this and then share the unclaimed deposits amongst themselves as you can wait an hour to get to the front of the queue), required to drop off room key when you leave the building, halls smell of bug killing spray, floors dirty, shouldn’t even have a star rating, I could go on but re-living the experience through this review isn’t worth it... the photos and other fake positive reviews drew me in on taking a risk with the budget rate. The ointment to stop the itching from the bugs bites negated any savings. Staying in this hotel isn’t worth the perceived savings, no matter how you try to justify it.... just choose another property.

Worst hotel I have been in, same food every day, no snacks between meals for anybody, drinks machines were switched off for lunch and dinner. cockroaches were found in hallways. Electrics were not working properly when trying to charge phone.

its location . to bars discos long prtomenade small sandy beaches .. 10 - 17 yo entertainment .. mass of dining to suit all wallets , poor and rich many busses to 3 hubs . and choices of different taxi firms , lighting on the streets.

Property was not for us although wi-fi was available it was extremely limited and everything had to be done via Facebook property undergoing renovations and constant noise in corridors and from the rooms above throughout the day and night interrupting sleep no English channels not even the BBC news free to air its location gives rise to groups gathering and causing disturbances in the early hours would not use this property again although it may suit teenagers

The staff were nice. My room toilet not cleaned housekeeping came to put toilet paper that was it I look under the bed it was dirty. The breakfast was included on the price it was horriblenthe scrumbled eggs didn’t taste like eggs. The fried bread was horrible i only ate in there once. I struggle to open the door on my room I had to pull it to it and there’s no drinking water in the room . I know it’s a bugdet hotel but there’s so much that can be done quality of good , housekeeping , maintenance the lift had a hole on the floor. Reception staff the Manager she needs to be a bit friendlier. I waited at reception and they were on the mobile phones . Overall it was very poor

-You should spend more on interior design , decorating and painting. -Lifts must be changed. - The hotel needs indoor plants especial corridors. - Special uniform must be given to the reception staff and must be trained in order to gain more experience ( Hospitality & how to deal with customers ). -Spend more to get one more star. Think how to go further with your business.
