No parking, half the lot was snow banked in long term parking that they apparently don’t offer anymore. No actual spots open for new paying guests. Other guests smoking right next to entry. Was told nothing they could do. Would have to take chance on whether or not Expedia would refund our night if we decided not to stay. Check out lot, parking and conditions before paying.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western, the staff were super friendly and very welcoming of our dogs as well. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub are not maintained well. It was very dirty, my children and husband ended up with severe eye infections a day after we left as a result of the pool 😞

Parking always seems to be an issue. Not enough parking spots. Employees are friendly and helpful. I wish they would bring back the complementary breakfast.

Our stay was 10/10 except the parking lot was extremely unsafe and not cleared of snow slush and ice . Couldn’t even park on the lot, had to park down past the stop sign on the road
