Lovely hotel and restaurant. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The live jazz music in the bar in the evenings was of a very high standard snd very much appreciated.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were so helpful. On the Friday night we had one of the best meals ever whilst listening to live jazz. I can’t recommend this hotel enough

Loved this hotel. Very clean with great friendly staff. Everyone very helpful. Lovely breakfast and very relaxing jazz bar. Only issue was very slippy bottim of bath but did have handle to hold. Will def go back to this hotel

It was bright and clean with nice decor. Breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from.We stayed in room 59 and while it was a nice room unfortunately there was constant light at night outside the window so it was never dark so i found it difficult to sleep. Also the light above the wardrobe didnt work and with no extractor in the bathroom the mirror got very steamed up. Other than these minor problems its a very nice hotel and would recommend it.

property was clean and the staff were good . Would just say perhaps at check in facilities need to be explained more and how to work the door locks and the lights etc rather than the assumption everyone will know which i didn't Also the bath surface was slippy and the showers that were into the baths can be tricky to use . Otherwise than these slight matters the stay was excellent

Average hotel. Average room although walls were thin and we could hear every word of the people in the next room. Bed was hard and had a dip in each side, two mattress toppers but still uncomfortable. Decor tired, bathroom could do with an update. Overwhelming smell of bleach when we arrived in the room. Breakfast was very good, although they did run out of hash browns two mornings running. Breakfast service staff helpful and attentive. Small but useable gym. Pool looked clean and pool area well kept although we didn't use it.
