I am sorry to hear of your experience. It appears you did not show up for your reservation on May 12th and came in on May 15th asking for a room without paying. Your reservation on the 12th was already charged to Expedia as a no show. We would have needed to make a new reservation that you would have needed to pay for. I am sorry if you felt we were rude.

We apogize for your concerns during your stay. We do take the noise seriously and do make sure that everyone is in their rooms by quiet time, which is 10pm. On weekends the pool and hot tub are usually busy and I am sorry you felt you could not use it with the kids in the pool room. Weekends are the busiest times for our amenities.
